The accomplishments of Kgosi Motheo Mamogale in particular and the Bakwena ba Mogopa in general are a result of the contributions of a collective which includes attorneys, government officials, administrative staff, traditional headmen and councillors, and professional advisers. Kgosi is also supported by his aunts and uncles on matters of traditional governance, and, according to insiders of the Royal Mamogale Family, much of his success can be attributed to the support he receives from his mother, Mmakgosi Kelebogile Mamogale.

Chief adviser Stephen Phaladi is the epicentre around which the administration of Kgosi Mamogale is organised. Phaladi serves as a pillar of strength for the administration, and has distinguished himself for outstanding and meritorious leadership with particular devotion to serve Kgosi Mamogale and the community of Bakwena ba Mogopa.

The Quest Co provided the community with expertise and guidance pertaining to financial modelling when the transaction with Xstrata Alloys, which involved a loan, needed a cost-effective finance model.

Mosiamise Business Consultancy advised Kgosi in respect of the administrative structure and the policies of governance.40

Bell Dewar Attorneys (now Fasken Martineau) and Webber Wentzel Attorneys provided legal services, the former for the Xstrata Alloys deal and other matters relating to the illegal activities of MKR and general community legal matters,41 and the latter in the Afplats mining transaction. Lucas Moalusi and his dedicated team at Fasken Martineau Inc have also played a significant role.

The officials of the North West government, particularly the then (2012) Acting Head of the Department of Local Government and Traditional Affairs, Seth Ramagaga, and the Director of Traditional Affairs, Packet Seaketso, played a supportive role, assisting the kgosi to resolve the problems of the Royal Family regarding their roles.42

Mr SA Ruthoane, Director of Traditional Leadership and Institutions in the North West Provincial government, also advised Kgosi on community and traditional leadership issues, including the suggestion to arrange a reconciliation meeting with his aunts and uncles at Bakubung Lodge near Rustenburg. It was through this meeting that Kgosi Mamogale and his close royal relatives reconciled their differences and paved the way for group solidarity, unity and reconciliation.
